I started training with the Dalida family when I was still in middle school and it was definitely worthwhile and memorable. Being exposed to a formal martial art and competing within it allowed me to hone my athletic ability, personal discipline, and teamwork with those I trained with. Mr. Dalida is a great instructor who is personable and professional. I remember struggling at some forms or techniques and he was very patient and helpful at providing different ways to teach me. He was always motivated and gave me a good challenge during sparring sessions. A couple years after I left the ATA community, I reached out to Mr. Dalida for a letter of recommendation for college. Even after a couple years I found it easy to reach out and ask for help from Mr. Dalida. I do believe that his letter was one of the reasons I got into the Air Force Academy. I definitely recommend Bosque ATA for anyone who wants to be part of a community that cares for you and supports your personal growth.
My son Joey just turned 5 when we enrolled him with ATA as a Tiny Tiger. He was so EXTREMELY shy and sensitive that he was terrified to talk to anyone new and cried all the time.He worked closely with Instructor Ms. Dalida and we saw him come out his shell and his confidence grew all while having a BLAST! We enrolled him into the Leadership program to build his leadership skills and confidence and to start him competing in tournaments. Joey was confident enough to join Mr. Dalida’s weapon class and competed in many tournaments in Colorado and even Spring Nationals in Las Vegas Nevada where he become New Mexicos State Champ 2020!! After 4 years with ATA Joey earned his 1st degree Black Belt. Mr. Dalida and Ms. Dalida helped shape Joey into the man he is becoming, he is using his leadership skills in his everyday life. We will forever be grateful for the Amazing Instructors that had such a huge impact!

My daughter began taekwondo at 4 and a half. She was shy, reserved, not confident, and often tripped over her own two feet! She began in the Tiny Tigers program with Mr and Ms Dalida. At first, she cried every time she wasn't perfect, but both instructors were so patient with her and slowly, she learned it was ok to not be perfect at first. She is now almost 10 and is one of the most confident kids I know! She is so coordinated and graceful. She uses the taekwondo mindset of being a peace maker and problem solver all the time! I cannot thank the Dalida's enough!
We joined the ATA family with Mr. Dalida for six years. During this time, three of our kids had the pleasure of learning, and being positively influenced by, Taekwondo and the Strange/Dalida family. That was a transitional time for my kids, as they gained self confidence, discipline, and respect. We gained a new community with forever friends. We are grateful for the lessons in perseverance and frustration tolerance, which are still used today. Mr. Dalida shows patience, kindness, and works well with students of all ages. We highly recommend Bosque ATA!
AJ, Leanne, and late tita Flo are not only great people and community API leaders but also passionate in sharing their gifts and talents in the martial arts.
I have benefited as a student myself. My son who also enjoyed the training and foundations in learning Taekwondo and basic skills as a toddler had a great time. We also appreciate the values of discipline, community, and family that were shared.
We highly recommend trying it out and see Mr Dalida!
