Bosque ATA Martial Arts was founded with a simple mission: to empower students of all ages to grow into confident, disciplined, and capable leaders. Our name, Bosque, symbolizes resilience, growth, and legacy—values that guide everything we do. Just as the Bosque provides strength and life to the Rio Grande, our school provides structure, encouragement, and opportunity for every student who walks through our doors.

Mr. Avery Dalida
Mr. Avery Dalida founded Bosque ATA Martial Arts and has been training in martial arts for nearly 25 years. He began his Taekwondo journey at age 14, studying under the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) and developing a lifelong passion for martial arts, leadership, and personal growth.
Throughout his training, Mr. Dalida earned numerous State Champion titles in Forms, Weapons, and Sparring, demonstrating both technical excellence and competitive discipline. His dedication to mastery extends beyond the mat—he has broadened his knowledge through multiple ATA certifications, continuing education courses, and ongoing instructor development within the organization.
Mr. Dalida founded Bosque ATA Martial Arts with a mission to create a school rooted in confidence, discipline, respect, and leadership. His vision has shaped Bosque ATA into a family‑focused, community‑driven academy where students of all ages can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Today, Mr. Dalida serves as owner, ensuring the school’s values, standards, and culture remain strong while empowering the next generation of instructors and leaders to carry the torch forward.
